Zachary Hays, of West Allis, Wis., faces one felony count of first degree intentional homicide and three felony counts of first degree recklessly endangering safety, according to the Sauk County (WI) sheriff's office. he randomly shot at the Czackowski family and their big SUV as the family was returning from a trip to the Wisconsin dells and Tracy Czaczkowski was struck in the neck and died two days later. The scumbag Zachary Hayes had hours earlier killed a downstairs neighbor in wesy Allies, Wisconsin which is a suburb among many that are being turned into ghettos with high drug trafficking and increased illegal populations who only know drug sales for a local economy.
He is also suspected of killing a man hours earlier in suburban Milwaukee. Authorities say Hays kicked down the front door of his downstairs neighbor's apartment early Sunday morning, then shot 42-year-old Gabriel Sanchez, killing him. Neighbor Jesse Awonohopay is still trying to make sense of it. the three brothers had taken a joyride and were shooting at objects outside the car until Zachary suddenly tried to shoot other passenger cars. The suburbs of Milwaukee are seeing an uptick in the same crime the city of Milwaukee has seen with the dramatic increase of minority populations in formerly all-white and safe areas through the decades. It is coming to a point where even the Wisconsin dells and Six Flags amusement parks are not safe for families as authorities are unable to stop the flow of drugs and people from the Southern border. I don't where this guy came from as he might either be an American Indian or Hmong Laotion refugee adopted by do-gooders Americans outsourcing children and childbearing from the third world and obviously did a real outstanding job of raising this young man.
Smoking marijuana has the same criminal and dangerous effects as smelling lead making people go crazy over time as many criminologists would attest. It seems the police in West allies have no idea on how to conduct this investigation but it is obvious the easy access of drugs made Zachary hayes go loco for a few days.
