On December 23 1975 outside a sorority house near the campus of Illinois State University Carol Rofstad was murdered outside of 602 Fell street in a unsolved murder that catches the eye of every Central Illinois University student of alumni while their collegiate career take hold.. Carol was one of thousands of blondes murdered in this time period and many females were killed for sport by an ever increasing psychotic public. this woman being killed on Fell street seems like a weird Illuminati murder. A student named James Doughty is trying to solve this crime as he is intrigued this crime was never solved way back in the day and he is doing his own personal investigation.
i too dis my own personal investigation of this brutal murder as a crime writer and did research some two decades after it occurred and had a list of suspects from this time period who may have committed Carol Rofstad's murder. The main suspect always number one from looking at the suspect individual from a witness of a man who was near in the area it looked alot like a hairy bushy twenty something William Jefferson Clinton.
The future president to be has always been a sexual predator and easily could of hopped a freight train and made a pitstop before returning home as this murdered occurred so close to train tracks going back and forth down South. Bill Clinton was a brutal dangerous twenty something and easily could of committed this murder and several others in this time period as he was a train enthusiast and new all of the routes going back and forth. this chick looked alot like Hillary Clinton and maybe Hillary Rodham new this woman and wanted her dead or Bill went loco and decided to take a train after an argument with Hillary and took his anger and frustration the first woman that resembled his girlfriend hooping off the train and then took it back south later .Hopping freight trans back then was about as normal for young people as hitchhiking. The Normal police
were so inept at the tie they likely couldn't solve this crime if they caught the perpetrator as he was doing the act with a megaphone.
Illinois State student James Doughty have inspired us to look at this case and mention our top suspects for this brutal ISU crime that generations of past ISU students have examined and wondered why the local keystone cops couldn't easily have solved this brutal murder.
