Islamist rebels are trying to over throw the Southern part of the Philippines as we speak and the soldiers of Rodrigo Duturte and his generals are fighting them to the death. The Islamic insurgency has entered its eighth day and thousands have fled and been killed as the rural backward Muslims in the Philippines continue their decade long terrorist attacks against Filipinos. The Philippine military has urged these Muslims to turn themselves in as they had taken over the Marawi district and killed hundreds of non-Muslims before the forces of Rorigo Duteurte came in and have battles these terrorists in some of the most brutal hand to hand fighting this nations as seen since world war II.
Hostages have been taken as the fighting speeds up and the battle enters its second week. President Rodrigo Duturte has declared martial law and he needs to really clamp down and brutalize these Southern insurgents perhaps deporting them to Indonesia.uterte told soldiers in Iligan, a city near Marawi, that he had long feared that "contamination by ISIS" loomed in the country's future, using the acronym for the Islamic State group. "You can say that ISIS is here already," he said.
He gave his troops a free hand to wrest control of Marawi. "You can arrest any person, search any house without warrant," said Duterte, who has been criticized for the deaths of thousands of people in a crackdown on illegal drugs. Duterte had been warning of the problem of drugs and the connection of Muslims to use drugs to fund their activities Duturte and the Philippines needs each other in this time of need as ISIS expands and seeks to unstable South East Asian nations as much as it has certain Middle Eastern countries with their brutal philosophy and modern day Nazism and similar goals.
