College football is a scam and the issue of tickets being scan or not and whether attendance should count these scan tickets of this scam athletic director expenditures of state and tax revenue needs to be looken more into and researched. College football has a major attendance problem and i have seen this first hand in Champaign-Urban as nobody goes to the football games anymore and a more reliance of foreign students from Asia ca most college only continue this attendance problem as few foreigners care about the green dollars and greenbacks than running backs. The Wall Street Journal explored why marching bands, ushers, and concession sellers are counted in attendance of Division bone college games and many colleges over-insinuate their attendance numbers and plainly lie such as Michigan University does with its often-claimed 100,000 attendance.
Colleges and their athletic department lie about attendance as many tickets are just given away in corporate subsidies and freebies and in recent years people just not are attending these freebies and the attendance problem is so visible and obvious foremost college football programs. athletic programs profit from constant renovation and if there was a obvious attendance problem their projects likely would not occur and the wasteful spending of colleges on resources for money-losing sports programs is something that cannot be sustainable in the foreseeable future.
The Wall Street Journal had requested actual attendance compared to scanned tickets and for most of the stadium juiced attendance announced numbers were always extremely obvious and proven mainly to justify the accumulation of resources towards this collision game and disgrace to American culture. All of the major state large schools are seeing major drop in attendance and few scanned give away are being used and this is a big problem for these athletic departments that need to justify bigger and bigger stadiums to be built for this honorable sport
. The amount of corruption in athletic big time sports is incredulous and the wealthy have long used donations to athletic departments as an effective way to divert dark dollars and use this flow for tax savings and basically this si what big time football Division I programs exist nowdays. What we are seeing is a cultural shift away form football's predominance in society and college football is a minor league system that should never have been involved with universities and being subsidized by a demented fan base of non-students in these poor boring dollar store filled hick towns where apparently even big time college football is becoming a snore
