Mayor Bill de Blassio is trying to figure out a way to stop nude topless women in bodypaint from desecrating the Times Square area after years of battling to clean this areas image. For years this area had been an area of sleazy porn shops and filth which was the worse of the worse of seventies era urban America and succeeding New York Mayors and politicians worked hard and tediously to crack down and make this area more family friendly and tourist attractive. The New York daily paTim Tompkins, president of the Times Square Alliance, told the New York Times that during one week in late June, there were more than 120 costumed characters and 11 painted ladies in the area.ers had an expose on the men trafficking these women into this area to make some jingle from jingling their bare assets in front of families and this gritty endeavors is increasing as naked panhandlers take over many streets of Ties Square.
Mayor De Blassio and Governor Cuomo have created a task force to see how best to end this growing practice and concern for the city as protecting and maintaining an image in this global world is important for the city to remain a thriving economic place. These bimbos and sluts need to be taken down and arrested and the city has been slow to really go after these painted women out of fear for free speech and first amendment lawsuits that these slut obviously are agitating and positioning themselves. Local authorities have had it though with the growing legions of these topless women and will not risk having this city to return to its porn ways. these women have become more aggressive often bumping into men and posing for pictures then asking for a big fee for these pictures all the way shadowed by these shady "pimp' type dudes who get a cut of the action. many of these women are Puerto Rican or Latina where often parading naked comes naturally and exploiting oneself for a few pesos comes naturally to these Caribbean and South American sluts.
